Thiru is a founding partner of Singcorp International, and brings with him over three decades of business experience in various fields. From a young age, Thiru rose quickly through the ranks to become an industry leader in the financial advisory field, and later branched out into various entrepreneurship ventures that continue till date. Lately, he has been involved in multiple projects in the ASEAN region, as well as Northeast Asia and South Asia. Thiru is a highly sought after speaker, coach, and mentor, and he has been invited to speak on various topics in different countries around the world.

As an ardent believer in giving back to the community, Thiru has been actively involved for over two decades in the local grassroots scene in Singapore. His years of experience, as well as his business and social expertise, has led to him being invited to serve in numerous ministries and committees in various leadership capacities over the years.

Most recently, he has been kept busy in his role as an Executive Master Mediator with the Community Mediation Centre, where he has mediated numerous disputes, and also assisted in mentoring and counseling junior mediators to handle conflicts tactfully and thoughtfully. He brings with him valuable experience on how disputes can be resolved without going to court by using the techniques that he has acquired from over 20 years of mediating disputes. As a result of his success in the field, he was appointed as a Tribunal Mediator by the Ministry of Law to mediate Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal (CDRT) cases.
